Core Working Principle

The machine operates on a combined rotary-planetary motion principle. Workpieces are vacuum-secured onto workpiece plates, which rotate on their own axis while revolving around the central axis. The upper polishing heads rotate independently (up to 700rpm) and apply uniform pressure across the curved surfaces of workpieces, achieving complete, no-blind-spot sweep polishing.

Independent polishing head lifting devices allow automatic height adjustment for different curvature profiles, ensuring stable and controllable polishing pressure.

Equipped with a pressure balance system (PLC + proportional valve + pressure sensor), the machine monitors and stabilizes polishing pressure in real time, ensuring consistent finishing quality across batches and improving yield rates.

Vacuum Adsorption & Automatic Drainage

A vacuum adsorption system with digital vacuum gauge monitors negative pressure in real time, ensuring workpieces remain securely fixed even at high speeds. The machine also features a vacuum gas-liquid separation device for automatic drainage.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

All liquid tanks, cabinet panels, and liquid basins exposed to polishing fluid are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy, ensuring stable and efficient long-term performance.

Intelligent Control
