The machine utilizes an octagonal wooden barrel structure, where the rotation of the barrel drives workpieces and abrasive media into continuous tumbling motion, achieving uniform surface treatment results. Core Working Principle

The machine consists of an octagonal wooden barrel and a drive system. When workpieces and abrasive media are loaded into the barrel, it rotates at approximately 28–38 RPM. The contents slide and tumble as the barrel turns, creating a continuous "avalanche" motion that generates uniform friction between the media and workpiece surfaces-completing deburring, polishing, and brightening in a single process.

The barrel supports bi-directional rotation (forward and reverse) to ensure uniform finishing and consistency. Ventilation holes in the barrel help maintain stable internal temperatures, preventing heat damage to workpieces.
