Core Working Principle

The machine operates on vibratory finishing principles. Vibrating motors mounted on both sides of the trough generate high-frequency vibrations, driving workpieces and abrasive media into a continuous spiral tumbling motion within the U-shaped work channel.
This motion creates uniform friction and cutting action between the media and workpiece surfaces, achieving deburring, edge radiusing, descaling, surface smoothing, and polishing in a single cycle. The extended trough design ensures a longer material flow path for more thorough processing.
