Core Working Principle

The machine operates on vibratory finishing principles. Vibrating motors mounted on the side of the machine generate stable three-dimensional high-frequency vibrations, causing workpieces and abrasive media to form a spiral tumbling motion within the annular processing chamber.

Through continuous relative friction and impact, burrs, oxidation layers, and machining marks are uniformly removed from workpiece surfaces, achieving the desired surface roughness and gloss without compromising the original dimensional accuracy of the parts.
