Core Working Principle
The machine operates on advanced spiral-flow and three-dimensional vibration principles. Vibratory motors generate excitation forces through eccentric weights, producing high-frequency vibrations that cause workpieces and media to move directionally along the annular bowl, creating uniform friction and cutting action.
After finishing, the parts-media mixture passes through the discharge port into the separator, where built-in screens separate media by predetermined mesh sizes. Media is returned for reuse while finished parts exit through the separation deck-completing the integrated process without additional equipment.
